Dischromatics also offers a complete fulfilment service to our Customers who may require distribution of CD's, DVD's and Floppy disks to multiple addresses. We can provide the entire package including manuals, installation guides, media duplication/replication of floppy disks or CD Roms from Customer Master, printing from Customer artwork, collation of parts, final packing and distribution to one or multiple addresses. Some of our Customers prefer to free issue certain parts for inclusion in the final fulfilment. We can hold the stock in our warehouse and distribute on demand either from you or directly from your Customers. We currently provide fulfilment services to companies who may only need a single floppy disk duplicated and distributed to multiple addresses but also to companies that requires a large number of additional parts included in the fulfilment and require both large volumes to one address and distribution to multiple destinations. We at Dischromatics understand the need for flexibility and the changing demands of our Customers. We always strive to fulfil our Customer’s schedule, we do this by maintaining a dialogue with our Customer’s so that when the inevitable problem arises, we are able to respond as efficiently as possible and in their best interest to minimise any delay.
